- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as intimate apparel, swimwear, earrings, and sale items, are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: DO NOT return items without first contacting our customer service team. You must send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: After your return request is approved, we will send you a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds
